Convicted For Assassination Of Jeff German; Robert Telles’ Wife Mary Ann Ismael Pleas For His Lesser Sentence

Ex-politician Robert Telles is garnering a lot of attention after the news of him assassinating a veteran Journalist Jeff German broke out. His wife and ex-wife came to testify in his defense, pleaing for his lesser sentence.

Born and raised in United State, Robert Telles graduated from UNLV’s Boyd School of Law in 2014. Eventually, he became an attorney.

Robert Telles was the Clark County Public Administrator in Nevada in 2018 and left office in 2023.

Additionally, he ran for re-election for Clark County Public Administrator in Nevada but lost to fellow Democrat Rita Reid in Democratic primary.

In spite of Telles’ remarkable career, he is embroiled in a complicated legal case and discussion surrounding the assassination of a veteran journalist.

Mary Ann Ismael’s Unwavering Support For Her Husband

Married twice, Robert’s ex-wife’s name is Tonia Burton while her current wife’s name is Mary Ann Ismael.

Telles has led a very private life so much informations about his personal life are not public. In the same way, Mary Ann has also maintained a low profile despite her husband being a public figure.

Their relationship came to media’s attention after Robert’s involvement in a high-profile legal case. But still Mae has stayed under the public radar. She is prioritizing on becoming a rock for her family during this strenuous times.

In September 2022, Telles was apprehended and charged in connection with the assassination of a Las Vegas investigative journalist, Jeff German.

German had been investigating Robert’s office and alleged maladministration as his role as the Public Administrator. The case attracted nation-wide attention due to the nature of the case and Telles’ public position.

The ex-politician is convicted for the slaughter of Jeff German. He is sentenced to Life inside the bar with the possibility of parole after 20 years served.

This decision made by the jury has devastated the Telles family. Mary Ann Ismael AKA Mae, has proven herself as a dotting wife with her absolute efforts to lessen her husband’s sentence.

Mae described their marriage by saying the marriage had its ups and downs but was overall great. She opened up Telles’ relationship with his children, calling him “the great father.”

Lastly she said,

“Even to this day he tries to stay involved with the kids. I would love for my children to not lose that, at least not for the rest of their lives.”

In response to Mae’s statement Robert was seen mouthing the words “I love you” to her.

Despite the loving and supportive nature of Mae and the bond she shares with Robert, justice must be served to German Family.
