The caption under the photo from her hospital bed with her granddaughter praised her son for his commendable work read,

My son William, @starsiakaesthetics, is the best! He’s did CoolSculpting on my upper arms to try to get rid of the despised flappity flap, and provided my granddaughter to entertain me the entire time!

Targeting her stubborn, flabby arms, she aimed to attain a more toned look, which many might have mistaken for her potential illness.

Following through on her promise to update her followers, Karen posted a three-month progress report with before-and-after pictures of her upper arms with CoolSculpting, writing:

As promised, I am giving an update on my CoolSculpting. 3 months have passed since I had my upper arms and upper abdomen treated. The pictures speak for themselves. I am standing up straighter in the second abdomen picture, but I’m not sucking in my gut.

Likewise, Karen also underwent EMSCULPT NEO on her arms, glutes, and abs to attain a more contoured look.

The TV personality underwent the procedure to address cellulite and improve the appearance of her body, which might have appeared as weight loss.

Despite these cosmetic enhancements, Karen has yet to confirm any health issues contributing to her weight loss, leaving fans to speculate on the reasons behind her transformation.
